Shipping Policy
In case of delay or damage to goods, Spectre can never be held liable for consequential damages or issues caused by any possible defect, and credit can never exceed the invoiced amount for the goods. The risk for the goods transfers to the customer as soon as the goods have left our warehouse; therefore, for larger transactions, buyers are encouraged to obtain their own transport insurance or similar.
Refund Policy
Used goods are generally sold 'as is', with the limitations this entails. Naturally, an item should function when the sale takes place unless otherwise specified in the listing. Beyond this, we typically cannot offer any future warranty.
If a significant deviation from the expected condition is found on a used item, a claim must be made immediately upon receipt, and no later than 48 hours after the equipment has left our warehouse. Defects cannot be claimed after this period. We therefore encourage inspecting/assessing the purchased item as soon as possible after the sale, so that any claims can be resolved promptly.
All returns must be pre-approved by us, and return costs will be borne by the buyer
